The Dining Program is an integral amenity available to all Tenants at the Property and forms a non-severable part of the Lease Agreement (subject to applicable qualifications). Participation is mandatory for all non-kitchen units and optional for kitchen units.

The Fall 2026/2027 Academic Year Dining Program operates on an all-you-care-to-eat basis and offers two (2) Access Plan options. Dining fees represent fixed full-term charges (subject to change), payable in two (2) semester installments, and are followed by a mandatory Summer meal plan:

Unlimited Plan: $7,800.00
Summer Plan: $1,505.00
Total: $9,305.00

Access 14 Plan: $7,250.00
Summer Plan: $1,505.00
Total: $8,755.00

Final dining fees, billing schedules, and payment due dates will be outlined in the University of Toronto’s Terms and Conditions (subject to change) and CampusOne’s Dining Addendum (subject to change). Both documents will be appended to the Lease Agreement upon submission of a Housing Application and payment of the Last Month’s Rent.
